Our tenant screening process requires all residential and commercial applicants to authorize a full credit, criminal background, and prior eviction check to ensure only qualified applicants become tenants of your rental property. As part of the guest booking process, we require our guests to purchase property damage protection insurance, as well as pay a security deposit to ensure your rental is covered from damage related losses.
We handle the entire tenant relationship and lifecycle, creating a buffer between you and your tenants.
We collect all rents and security deposits, answer day-to-day questions, manage any maintenance issues that come up, and conduct periodic inspections of the property to make sure your property is well-maintained and running smoothly.
If a tenant fails to pay rent on time, don’t worry, we handle that too, and if necessary initiate an action for possession to protect your property.
Should other problems arise you can count on us to be available around the clock to quickly solve it in a professional manner, thus reducing the risk of legal issues resulting from things like maintenance issues, evictions, security deposits, and tenant disputes.

Owner Statements & Taxes
All Your Bases Covered
From collecting security deposits and rents to preparing monthly Owner statements and quarterly bed tax reports, to year-end income and expense reports and 1099-Misc tax reporting, we do it all, to make handling your finances and filing your tax returns a breeze.
Our customers rest easy knowing that we make rent collection a priority. You can count on us to fairly and evenly enforce the terms of our rental agreements. All rents and security deposits collected are deposited into the Crown trust account within three days of receipt. On the 10th of each month, we disburse all rental proceeds for the prior month and send you an easy to understand Owner Statement detailing the prior month's income, expenses, and recommendations of the Property Manager.
Accompanying your Owner Statement, you will find a copy of each receipt or invoice, documenting the disbursement of cash outlays necessary to maintain the property, so you can rest assured that we never mark-up vendor invoices.

The entire process from beginning to end was easy and professional. The house exceeded our expectations. Clean and spacious. Includes hot tub, pool table, outdoor grill, firepit -plenty of firewood, outdoor chairs, balcony that looks over a beautiful valley. Quick walk to two different lakes -one with a canoe- wireless, satellite TV's. 20 minutes from glacier national easy drive back and forth and 10 minutes away from a grocery store.
The house comfortably fit 11 without a problem. The accommodations Shannon was a wonderful host. They thought of everything. The best house rental we have ever had.

Matt B - Amazing Vacation Home!
We have been using VRBO to rent vacations homes for 7 years and this luxury home nestled in the mountains was one of the best. It had everything we needed to accommodate our 7 family members. We went to Glacier several times, went rafting, made a trip over to Whitefish for dinner and even spent one day just hanging at the house. We played badminton, horseshoes, went canoeing and then had a fire that evening and roasted hot dogs. The view from this home is just amazing and the modern interior is a very cool contrast to the rustic outdoor setting! We couldn't be happier and thank you very much to Shannon for making herself so available to us.

We had a wonderful time. The house location was great. We were within 20 minutes of GNP and about 10 minutes away from town with a grocery store and restaurants. The house still felt secluded, however. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The house is great for a group, with lots of entertainment options for all ages. Shannon and Peter were both very helpful and easy to contact with all of my questions. Thank you so much for lovely stay.
